Welcome to Holy Smoke! We are a local BBQ team that offers weekend catering services in the Chicago area. The key to our great BBQ is slow cooking and using a blend of Hickory, Oak and Mesquite wood. We hand select all ingredients and use a unique blend of spices. Our BBQ sauces are homemade and destined to be the best you've ever had. If you are looking for the "real thing" that's what we're doing. We are looking forward to serving you and are confident you'll want more!

We currently offer weekend catering services and will soon be offering our custom made sausage, BBQ sauces and dry rubs.  For those that want to impress their friends we also offer on site BBQ'ing for our customers with a back yard or park reservation. We book up quick so call to reserve your event!
